Bugti pushes AI-driven governance in Balochistan

Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti on Sunday noted that Balochistan was stepping into a new era of digital governance, transparency and innovation.

The provincial government, he said has introduced its first-ever Digital Media Policy 2026, marking a milestone in modern communication and governance reforms. In a message on the occasion of World Telecommunication and Information Society Day, the chief minister highlighted that advanced systems were being implemented to strengthen transparency, merit and good governance, including an AI-based recruitment system that ensured fairness and efficiency.
