Pete Davidson is making major changes to his real estate portfolio amid reports that he and Elsie Hewitt have ended their relationship just five months after welcoming their daughter.

The comedian sold his Staten Island condo for $800,000, about $400,000 less than the $1.2 million he paid for the property in 2020. The sale closed on May 13, one day before reports surfaced that he and Hewitt had split.

Davidson is also trying to sell his North Salem, New York, home, which remains on the market for $2.15 million after multiple price reductions. He purchased the four-bedroom, three-bathroom property in 2023 for $1.95 million. The six-acre estate includes a guesthouse, movie room, pool, hot tub, cold plunge, sauna and a hidden speakeasy.

The Westchester retreat holds special significance for Davidson. He previously said it was the place where Hewitt told him she was pregnant with their daughter, Scottie Rose Hewitt Davidson, who was born on December 12, 2025.

Reports suggest Davidson and Hewitt are focused on co-parenting their daughter despite relationship difficulties. People reported that the pair are still “working on things” while prioritising their child.

While Davidson has not publicly commented on the home sales, he has said he is fond of the North Salem property, calling it his “hip, funky, cool place.” Still, the comedian appears to be restructuring his living arrangements as he navigates a new chapter in both his personal and family life.
