KU rejects teachers' allegations, warns against exam boycott
.

University of Karachi administration has strongly rejected allegations levelled by the university's teachers' association during a recent press conference, terming the claims "baseless" and unsupported by evidence, while also warning faculty members against continuing the ongoing boycott of semester examinations.
In an official statement issued on Thursday, the administration said the accusations presented during the press conference held three days ago were contrary to facts and lacked substantive proof. According to the notification issued by Registrar Professor Imran Ahmed, faculty members are legally bound to complete semester teaching and conduct examinations under the relevant clauses of the university law.
The university reiterated that teachers were obligated to fulfil their assigned academic and examination-related responsibilities under the law. The administration had earlier criticised calls for examination boycotts, urging teachers to prioritise students' academic future.
