Dorit Kemsley is facing new allegations from estranged husband Paul Kemsley amid their ongoing divorce and financial dispute involving their California mansion.

According to court documents, Paul “PK” Kemsley accused the The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star of involving their children in disagreements over finances and holiday expenses. He alleged that one of their children sent him messages requesting he pay for a spring break holiday on Dorit’s behalf.

The filings reportedly include screenshots of text conversations submitted as evidence in the case. PK also claimed Dorit continued spending money on luxury purchases while mortgage payments connected to their marital home allegedly remained unresolved.

The legal dispute comes as the couple’s Encino mansion reportedly faces foreclosure concerns tied to unpaid loans and mortgage-related debt. Court filings connected to the property claim multiple lenders issued notices of default after missed repayments dating back to 2025.

The former couple, who married in 2015 and separated in 2024, have remained at the centre of growing public attention as details from the divorce proceedings continue to emerge online.

Separate reports linked to the case also alleged disagreements over the sale of the home and negotiations surrounding financial demands tied to the divorce settlement.

The controversy follows recent attention on Dorit Kemsley’s spending habits after comments made during the latest season of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” where discussions about luxury shopping and financial pressures became part of an on-screen dispute between cast members.

The divorce proceedings remain ongoing.
