Viral suit grows as ex-JPMorgan Chase banker Chirayu Rana files new allegations against Lorna Hajdini

Former JPMorgan banker Chirayu Rana has filed new court documents that he says bolster his allegations against executive Lorna Hajdini, adding fresh witness statements and new claims days after the lawsuit went viral.

In the latest filing, an anonymous witness claimed he was staying at a New York apartment in September 2024 when Hajdini allegedly approached him while “completely naked,” sat on the couch where he was sleeping and urged him to “join them” in the bedroom.

According to the filing, after he refused several times, Hajdini allegedly told him, “you know I own [redacted], so you better come join.”

The same witness claimed that after Hajdini returned to the bedroom, he heard Rana pleading, “no, no, no, you have to leave. I’m not going to do this. Please stop.”

When Hajdini later left the apartment, the witness said Rana emerged shaken and claimed Hajdini had “constantly harassed him and forced him to engage in sexual behavior with her on a number of occasions.”

A second anonymous affirmation alleges another encounter in September 2024, when the witness overheard Hajdini and Rana entering an apartment building and heard what sounded like Hajdini saying, “I own you Brownie.”

Rana is also asking the court to let him proceed anonymously, arguing that the alleged harassment left him with PTSD.

Among the new exhibits is a letter from executive psychotherapist Johnathan Alpert, who said Rana reported severe emotional distress in a June 2025 email. In that message, Rana wrote that he had “not slept in weeks,” was “unable to eat,” was hearing Hajdini’s voice in his head, and “I feared for my own safety” as well as for his family’s.

JPMorgan has denied the allegations and has said an internal review of emails, records and devices found no evidence of wrongdoing. The bank has also said Hajdini fully cooperated with the investigation, while Rana did not.
