Kid Cudi has removed M.I.A from his Rebel Ragers Tour following backlash over a controversial political rant during a live performance in Dallas.

The incident took place on May 2 at the Dos Equis Pavilion, where M.I.A reportedly delivered an onstage monologue that included political references and remarks about cancel culture and immigration. The comments were met with audible boos from parts of the audience and quickly spread across social media platforms.

Following the incident, Kid Cudi announced M.I.A’s removal from the tour via Instagram on May 4. The Rebel Ragers Tour, which launched on April 28 in Phoenix, continues across North America with scheduled appearances in 30 cities. Other supporting acts, including Big Boi, A-Trak, Me N Ü, and Dot Da Genius, remain part of the lineup.
