Selena Gomez is reportedly moving on from her Los Angeles-area home just a year after buying it with fiancé Benny Blanco.
According to TMZ, the singer and actress has listed the Encino estate for $6.5 million.
The gated property reportedly spans around 11,500 square feet and includes six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a home gym, a private theatre and expansive outdoor entertaining space.
