Off Campus adds India Fowler and Phillipa Soo as season 2 expands
The Prime Video series Off Campus is expanding its cast for season 2, with India Fowler and Phillipa Soo joining, according to Deadline.
Fowler has been cast in a series regular role as Grace Ivers, a sociology freshman navigating life at Briar University. Her character is set to become the love interest of John Logan, played by Antonio Cipriano, signalling a potential adaptation of The Mistake, the second book in Elle Kennedy’s bestselling Off Campus series.
Meanwhile, Soo will appear in a recurring role as Scarlett, a theatre artist invited to direct a student production at the university. Her addition introduces a new creative dimension to the storyline as the series continues to explore relationships and personal growth among students.
The casting comes as Off Campus prepares for its Season 1 premiere on May 13, following an early renewal for a second season. Developed for television by Louisa Levy, the series centres on an elite college ice hockey team and the relationships that shape their lives, blending romance, friendship and coming-of-age themes.
While the studio has not confirmed which novel Season 2 will follow, the introduction of Grace suggests a shift in focus toward Logan’s storyline. However, the series may also continue building multiple character arcs before fully adapting specific books.
With new cast members and expanding storylines, Off Campus is positioning itself as a key romantic drama for Prime Video, drawing from a popular literary franchise and a growing ensemble of characters.
