Billie Eilish has once again expressed her admiration for Lebanese pop star Nancy Ajram, with the singer later responding publicly with a message of appreciation.

In a recent interview with Elle, the ten-time Grammy-winning artist spoke about her long-standing connection to Arabic music.

“I have always been really inspired by Arabic singers — my dad and I have bonded over our love for Arabic music. Like, I freaking love Nancy Ajram. She’s one of my favorite singers,” she said.

Ajram, a leading figure in Arabic pop known for songs such as “Akhasmak Ah,” “Fi Hagat,” and “Badna Nwallea El Jaw,” responded on X following the interview. “Her talent and authenticity inspire so many around the world including me.” she wrote.
