A leaked map for Pokémon Wind and Waves has surfaced online, offering a detailed look at the upcoming title’s potential world design and prompting comparisons to real-world geography.

The image, shared by leaker CentroLeaks on X, reportedly shows a large map featuring 17 islands, along with a range of locations including gyms, research facilities, and landmark areas.

While The Pokémon Company has not confirmed the details, the leak has gained attention among fans preparing for what is expected to be the franchise’s tenth generation.

According to the leak, the map includes a variety of environments spread across multiple islands and surrounding ocean regions.

The leak also outlines several gym types distributed across the islands, including Grass, Poison, Flying, Fighting, Dark, Steel, and Fairy. Other elements shown include legendary temples and landmarks positioned across ocean areas.

Following the map’s circulation, fans have begun analysing its shape and layout. Some users have suggested similarities to Indonesia, with one commenting, “That map is fr?? I thought it was fake cuz it’s blatantly shaped like Indonesia,” while others compared it to the structure of Paldea from previous games.

The map is reportedly based on development data from 2024, meaning details may change before the game’s release. However, it aligns with other unverified leaks currently circulating online.

The Pokémon Company has yet to officially confirm any information regarding the map or its features.
