Man held for acid attack on wife
A man has been arrested for allegedly throwing acid on his wife following a domestic dispute, leaving her with severe burns to her face and body.
According to police, the suspect, Zeeshan Ali, attacked his 31-year-old wife, Ishrat Fatima, during a domestic quarrel.
Rescue 1122 shifted the injured woman to Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan Hospital (224-RB), where she is receiving treatment.
Upon receiving information, police officials rushed to the scene and initiated legal proceedings.
