Influencer Evelyn Ha has spoken publicly for the first time following the arrest of Australian entrepreneur Ben Pasternak, confirming the end of their relationship and addressing online speculation.

In a recent YouTube video, Ha said, “I'm no longer in a relationship. There's been serious boundaries that were crossed and I decided to move away from that relationship for the sake of my safety and my well-being.” She added, “it's still really raw for me to be completely honest.”

Ha explained that she had delayed addressing the situation due to personal circumstances, stating, “there has been a lot going on for me behind the scenes and yeah, I just wanted to clear the speculation that's been going online.” She also thanked supporters, saying, “I also want to say thank you to everyone that's been supportive of me, that's been looking out for me.”

Her comments follow reports that Pasternak, 26, was arrested in New York and charged with one count of strangulation and two counts of assault with intent to cause physical injury. The alleged incident took place on March 31, with the victim widely believed by internet users to be Ha.
