Leonardo DiCaprio responded to Nikki Glaser’s Golden Globes joke by sending her three baskets of pasta.

Glaser revealed the gesture during an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, explaining that she typically sends flowers to celebrities she jokes about during award show hosting duties. In DiCaprio’s case, however, the Oscar-winning actor decided to return the favour.

“He sent me three baskets of pasta as a thank you,” Glaser said, adding that she found the gesture humorous. She joked about whether the gift hinted at anything more, before clarifying it was clearly tied to her Golden Globes monologue.

During her hosting set at the 2026 Golden Globes, Glaser made a reference to DiCaprio’s 1990s Teen Beat interview, in which the actor mentioned pasta as one of his favourite foods. The joke earned a reaction from DiCaprio in the audience, where he smiled and gave a thumbs up.

Glaser also noted she avoided making jokes about DiCaprio’s well-known dating history with younger partners, saying the topic had been “done so many times” and choosing instead to focus on a more unexpected detail from his early career.

DiCaprio, 51, has long been the subject of public attention for his relationships with younger models, including Camila Morrone and Vittoria Ceretti, though he has recently been linked to a more serious relationship with Ceretti.
