A former housekeeper employed by Kylie Jenner has filed a lawsuit alleging she was forced to clean Timothée Chalamet’s mansion without proper pay, according to legal documents reported by The U.S. Sun.
The plaintiff, Angelica Vasquez, claims she worked at Jenner’s Beverly Hills and Hidden Hills properties and was instructed to travel to other locations, including Chalamet’s Los Angeles residence. She alleges she was not reimbursed for transportation and mileage expenses related to these assignments.
The lawsuit names Kylie Jenner and her company, Kylie Jenner Inc, as defendants. Vasquez claims she began working in September 2024 and resigned in August 2025, citing unfair treatment and wage violations.
According to the filing, she also alleges discriminatory treatment from other domestic staff, including alleged comments targeting her Salvadoran heritage, immigration status, accent, and Catholic faith. She describes repeated “demeaning remarks” and “mockery” during her employment.
The complaint further states that in March 2025, tensions escalated when she raised concerns about her working conditions. She alleges a supervisor became aggressive, throwing hangers at her feet during a confrontation.
Additional claims in the lawsuit include unpaid wages, delayed payments, lack of overtime compensation, missed breaks, and failure to reimburse work-related expenses. Vasquez also states she suffered significant emotional distress as a result of the alleged treatment.
Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet, who have been publicly linked since 2023, have not issued a response to the allegations at the time of reporting. The case adds to ongoing scrutiny surrounding working conditions in high-profile celebrity households.
