Dangerous Units: Child dies as gate collapses
The gate of a basic health unit in the Dodanko village near Kandhara fell on two children on Saturday.

The gate of a basic health unit in the Dodanko village near Kandhara fell on two children on Saturday. The children were identified as four-year-old Shiraz and nine-year-old Sawera. They were playing near the gate of the health facility when the gate dislodged from the hangings and fell on them. Shiraz died on the spot and Sawera was taken to a hospital. According to the residents, the building was in a very bad condition and the gate was quite worn out. Peoples Primary Health Initiatives executive officer Haider Shah was not available for comment.
