Shabana Azeez is opening up about a behind-the-scenes moment on The Pitt that nearly got her into trouble with co-star Noah Wyle.

In an interview with People, the actress revealed she once pulled a prank on Wyle while filming season two, admitting, “I shouldn’t have and I was scared for my job for like a week after.”

Azeez, who plays medical student Victoria Javadi, explained that she secretly swapped glove sizes on set, placing smaller gloves in a box labeled for larger ones. The prank caught Wyle off guard during filming, leading to a memorable reaction.

Describing the moment, she said, “The look on his face … was priceless,” adding that she “immediately ruined the take by laughing too hard.”

Despite the prank, Wyle maintained his professionalism and continued filming the scene. Azeez recalled that even after realising something was off, he kept going, with the situation repeating when he picked up another pair of gloves.

Reflecting on the moment, she said the experience was unforgettable, adding, “I just was laughing and crying. It was so worth it.”

The lighthearted behind-the-scenes story offers a glimpse into the camaraderie on set, even as The Pitt continues to deliver high-stakes medical drama on screen.
