Addison Rae responds to critics during Coachella 2026 debut as she launches her Fame and Glory Show tour

Addison Rae made her Coachella debut on April 11, delivering a live performance that included a direct response to critics during her set at the 2026 festival.
The singer and performer addressed the audience mid-performance, thanking supporters before speaking about the criticism she has received.
“To my fans who have supported me from Day 1, I love you, thank you,” she said. She then added, “And to my haters? Suck my d***.”
Rae’s appearance marked the start of her “The Fame and Glory Show” tour. During the set, she performed several of her songs and was joined on stage by Maddie Ziegler, who performed choreography to the track “Aquamarine.”
Rae first gained recognition as a TikTok content creator before transitioning into music and securing a Grammy nomination.
In a previous interview, she discussed her early approach to her music career, stating, “I walked in with a binder, and I made a slideshow,” describing how she presented her creative ideas before having completed music to share.
She also spoke about her public image and artistic direction, saying, “People have decided who I am,” and adding, “I’ll be your girl next door, but maybe there’s a wild side to the girl next door.”
Reflecting on her career trajectory, Rae said, “TikTok definitely gave me a lot of things, so it would be really sad to [see it] go, but hopefully the things that I create and put out surpass that platform … but I won’t beg for it. I’ll work for it.”
In a separate interview, she commented on fame, stating, “I enjoy fame. I think fame is very exposing and raw,” while acknowledging that “there is a price you pay.”
Rae is scheduled to return for the second weekend of Coachella on April 18.
