In the footage, Ritchson appears visibly shaken as he speaks to responding officers, claiming that Taylor may have been under the influence and suggesting a toxicology test. Taylor, however, admits to stepping in front of the actor’s motorcycle, saying he was trying to protect children in the neighborhood after becoming concerned about what he described as unsafe riding.
