Police bodycam footage of Alan Ritchson’s neighbor fight reveals new claims
The confrontation escalated quickly as bodycam footage captured the aftermath with both sides sticking to their claims

Newly surfaced police bodycam footage has added fresh detail to the recent altercation involving Alan Ritchson and his neighbor in Brentwood.
The incident, which took place on March 22, shows a tense confrontation between Ritchson and neighbor Ronnie Taylor, with both men continuing to stand by their versions of events.
In the footage, Ritchson appears visibly shaken as he speaks to responding officers, claiming that Taylor may have been under the influence and suggesting a toxicology test. Taylor, however, admits to stepping in front of the actor’s motorcycle, saying he was trying to protect children in the neighborhood after becoming concerned about what he described as unsafe riding.
The situation quickly escalated beyond a verbal dispute, with the two engaging in a physical altercation, reportedly in front of Ritchson’s children.
Bodycam footage captures the emotional aftermath, with Taylor becoming visibly distressed while recounting his side of the story.

Additional footage from a chest-mounted camera worn by Ritchson, along with witness statements, played a key role in the investigation. According to the Brentwood Police Department, authorities ultimately determined that no criminal charges would be filed, concluding that Ritchson acted in self-defense.
The incident has since sparked strong reactions online, with viewers debating the footage and the outcome. Meanwhile, Taylor has claimed he has received threats following the video’s circulation.
Off-screen, Ritchson continues to stay busy professionally, having recently appeared in Reacher, where he plays the titular character known for handling conflict head-on, a trait some viewers now say mirrors real life.
