Offset sued for $100K casino debt after alleged failed payment

Offset is facing legal trouble after a Detroit-based casino filed a lawsuit against him over an alleged $100,000 unpaid gambling debt.

According to reports, MotorCity Casino Hotel claims the rapper opened a line of credit during a visit in March 2024 to continue gambling. As per the agreement, the casino later attempted to recover the amount directly from his account, but the transaction allegedly failed due to insufficient funds.

After multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact the artist, the casino proceeded with legal action, accusing him of breach of contract and fraud.

The lawsuit adds to mounting financial and personal challenges for Offset. The Atlanta-based artist has previously been linked to a reported $1.5 million federal tax lien, and more recently, he was involved in a shooting incident at a Florida casino that led to hospitalization.
