Kate Beckinsale has made a series of allegations on social media, claiming she was dropped by her agent after engaging with a post about a Gaza ceasefire, and that Mark Ruffalo later ignored her attempt to reach out.

The actress shared the claims in comments under a video of Ruffalo promoting the film Palestine 36. Beckinsale alleged she was fired shortly after liking a post calling for a ceasefire, adding that the decision came during a difficult period in her personal life.

She also said she had privately messaged Ruffalo months earlier about the situation but did not receive a response.

In her posts, Beckinsale suggested the experience highlighted broader issues in the industry, referencing what she described as gender disparities in how actors are treated.

Despite her remarks, she clarified that she does not blame Ruffalo directly, but noted the lack of response as part of a wider pattern she has observed.

The actress has previously spoken openly about personal hardships, including the loss of close family members in recent years, which she said compounded the emotional impact of the situation.

Representatives for both Beckinsale and Ruffalo have not publicly commented on the claims.
