Jen Shah is speaking out about where she stands with her former The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City castmates after her release from prison—and whether a return to the spotlight could be in her future.

In an interview with People, Shah revealed that Meredith Marks was the only co-star who consistently supported her during her incarceration. “She never wavered,” Shah said, adding that Marks “was always there for me,” highlighting the strength of their bond despite the circumstances.

Shah also shared that she reached out to Mary Cosby following a personal tragedy in her life. “I just wanted her to know I was thinking of her,” Shah said, explaining that her message came from “a place of love and respect.”

However, her relationships with other cast members—including Lisa Barlow, Whitney Rose, Heather Gay, and Angie Katsanevas—remain uncertain. Addressing the lingering controversy with Heather Gay, Shah said, “That’s something that still needs to be talked about,” referring to unresolved tensions between them.

When asked about Monica Garcia, Shah declined to comment directly, signaling ongoing issues.

As for a possible return to reality TV, Shah didn’t rule it out but made it clear her priorities have shifted. “Right now, my focus is on paying back restitution and rebuilding my life,” she said. “Everything else will fall into place later.”

Following her release in December 2025, Shah is working to repay the $6.6 million she owes to victims. Reflecting on her journey, she said she hopes people can eventually see her growth. “I’m trying to move forward with humility,” Shah shared, adding that she is focused on becoming “a better person.”

While her future with RHOSLC remains uncertain, Shah’s latest comments suggest she’s taking a measured approach—focused less on fame and more on accountability, healing, and rebuilding her life after prison.
