Newly surfaced documents allege a confidential $6 million settlement between Ray J and Kim Kardashian, adding fresh fuel to their long-running legal dispute.

The reported nine-page agreement, published by TMZ, purportedly bears the signatures of Ray J, Kim Kardashian, Kris Jenner, and others. According to the document, all parties agreed to refrain from public attacks and to limit legal exposure involving Disney and Hulu.

This agreement has emerged amid an active legal clash. In October 2025, Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner filed a defamation lawsuit against Ray J following his public comments suggesting potential criminal behavior. During a May 2025 interview, he made remarks about racketeering, later stating in a September Twitch stream, “The feds is coming.”

Ray J countersued a month later, alleging Kardashian violated an earlier understanding by revisiting the sex tape controversy through references on the Hulu series The Kardashians. He claims mediation led to the $6 million deal, but argues it was broken when season three episodes addressed the situation.

Kim Kardashian strongly denied the allegations in a March 2026 court declaration, calling claims of a plan to release the tape for publicity “a lie.” Kris Jenner also rejected the accusations, describing them as “deeply offensive and harmful.”

The legal battle remains active, with both parties defending their versions of events tied to one of pop culture’s most enduring controversies.
