TTP chief reportedly sheltered in Kabul

Noor Wali Mehsood, the head of the banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), is being sheltered by the Afghan Taliban inside a multi-story building within Kabul's heavily secured Green Zone (Diplomatic Enclave), according to credible security sources.

Sources indicate that other occupants in the building are allegedly being used as human shields to protect Mehsood from any targeted action.

Security officials have expressed deep concern over the development, saying it raises serious questions about the ongoing facilitation of terrorist elements by the Afghan Taliban regime.
