Rosalía cuts Milan concert short due to food poisoning
Rosalia admitted she was 'puking out there' as she tried to push through the concert

Rosalía was forced to end her concert early in Milan on March 25 after suffering from severe food poisoning, leaving fans concerned but supportive.
The Spanish singer was performing at the Unipol Forum as part of her Lux Tour when she had to stop the show approximately 45 minutes in, far shorter than her usual full set. According to reports, Rosalía had been battling intense stomach pain and vomiting backstage before attempting to continue the performance.
“I’m feeling extremely sick,” Rosalía told the audience on stage, according to eyewitnesses. She even admitted she was “puking out there” as she tried to push through the concert. Despite her effort, she ultimately could not finish the show.
Following the incident, Rosalía updated fans on social media, sharing that she was receiving medical care and thanking attendees for their understanding and support. Many fans responded with messages of concern, wishing her a speedy recovery.
The Lux Tour, which supports her latest album Lux, kicked off in March 2026 and is scheduled to continue across Europe, North America, and South America through September. The next concert on her tour is scheduled for March 30 in Madrid.
Despite the setback, Rosalía’s team reassured fans that the singer is recovering and plans to continue the tour as scheduled. The Milan incident has sparked an outpouring of support online, with many praising her dedication to performing despite being visibly unwell.
