Taylor Frankie Paul is reportedly under investigation following allegations of a third domestic violence incident involving her and ex-boyfriend Dakota Mortensen.
A spokesperson for Utah’s West Jordan Police Department confirmed that authorities are looking into another alleged incident connected to the pair, which reportedly took place in 2024.
According to reports, Mortensen contacted police last month regarding the alleged incident. Officials have not shared full details, noting that the case remains an open investigation.
Authorities are said to be reviewing multiple videos related to the case, though they have not yet interviewed Paul directly. Police have, however, spoken with her attorney.
The latest development comes amid ongoing legal and public scrutiny surrounding the reality star. Paul and Mortensen were already involved in a separate domestic assault investigation earlier in 2026, with allegations made by both parties.
The situation also follows a widely circulated 2023 incident, in which Paul was arrested after an altercation with Mortensen. She later entered a plea in abeyance to aggravated assault, with other charges dismissed.
The controversy has had significant professional fallout. ABC previously pulled her season of The Bachelorette just days before its premiere after footage from the 2023 incident resurfaced.
As of now, no charges related to the newly reported incident have been announced, and the investigation remains ongoing.
