What led to Alan Ritchson altercation? Ronnie Taylor reveals what really happened
Ronnie Taylor is sharing his side of the story following a heated altercation with Alan Ritchson in Brentwood, Tennessee, claiming the situation began as a safety concern—not a confrontation.
Speaking to TMZ, Taylor said he approached Ritchson to warn him about allegedly riding his motorcycle too fast through their residential neighborhood.
According to Taylor, he had seen similar behavior before and felt compelled to step in, insisting his goal was simply to encourage safer driving.
Taylor also emphasized that he did not know Ritchson was a public figure at the time. He described himself as an avid biker who was outside tending to his own motorcycle when he noticed Ritchson passing through the area at what he believed to be an unsafe speed.
“I just wanted to say, ‘Hey, slow down,’” Taylor said, maintaining that his intentions were misunderstood and escalated unnecessarily.

However, accounts from witnesses appear to contradict parts of Taylor’s version. Some allege that Taylor ran toward the actor and acted aggressively, with claims that he may have initiated physical contact. According to those reports, the situation intensified quickly, leading to a physical exchange between the two men.
Despite the conflicting narratives, Taylor continues to stand by his claim that he was acting out of concern for neighborhood safety. Authorities are investigating the incident, and no arrests have been made so far.
