Andrew Garfield has shared his first reaction to the Spider-Man: Brand New Day trailer, calling the footage “really cool” after a brief viewing.

The actor, who previously played Spider-Man, revealed he hadn’t watched the teaser with sound yet due to being in a makeup chair, but said what he saw looked promising.

Garfield made the comments while attending the UK premiere of The Magic Faraway Tree, where he was promoting his latest project alongside co-stars.

While he is not confirmed to appear in the upcoming film, his reaction has sparked interest among fans, especially given his past role in The Amazing Spider-Man films and Spider-Man: No Way Home.

The new movie will see Tom Holland return as Spider-Man in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
