Natasha Lyonne has shared an update on her recovery, confirming she is improving two months after publicly revealing a relapse.

The actor expressed gratitude to fans and support networks following her January statement, in which she disclosed she was no longer sober. In her latest message, she wrote, “Proud to report this kid is doing a whole lot better and back on her feet.”

She also acknowledged the role of her support system during this period.

Lyonne has previously spoken about her long-standing struggles with drug and alcohol addiction, particularly during the early stages of her career in the 2000s. Her recent relapse was shared after attending the Sundance Film Festival in late January, where she reflected on the ongoing nature of recovery.

“Recovery is a lifelong process. Anyone out there struggling, remember you’re not alone,” she wrote at the time, offering encouragement to others facing similar challenges.

Professionally, Lyonne continues to remain active despite recent setbacks. Her series Poker Face was cancelled in November, although discussions have taken place regarding a potential new version featuring a different lead. She is also developing several film projects, including Bambo, which she is set to write and direct, and Uncanny Valley, linked to her AI-focused production company.

Her latest update suggests a focus on both personal stability and continued creative work, as she balances recovery with ongoing commitments in the film industry.
