Jessica Alba and Cash Warren finalize divorce with multimillion-dollar settlement
More than a year after their split, Jessica Alba and Cash Warren have officially finalized their divorce, with new court documents revealing how their assets will be divided.
According to filings signed on March 16 obtained by E! News, the former couple agreed to split all community property accumulated during their 16-year marriage equally. This includes investments, real estate, stocks, and shared assets tied to ventures like The Honest Company.
As part of the settlement, Alba will pay Warren $5 million from the sale of a shared home and set aside $500,000 for their children’s expenses. Both parties will also receive portions of each other’s earnings during the marriage, including acting residuals and producing profits.
The pair will share joint legal custody of their three children, with no child support payments required at this time. They also agreed to waive any future spousal support.
Despite the split, both have moved forward personally, with Alba previously sharing messages about growth and new beginnings following the end of their marriage.
