Malala Yousafzai speaks out on Gaza’s education crisis
Nobel Prize winner, Malala Yousafzai, recently met with Ambassadors Riyad Mansour and Majed Bamya, as well as Senior Advisor Sahar Salem at the Permanent Observer of the State of Palestine to the United Nations.

She went on to talk about the scale of destruction and that accountability and justice should prevail. Israel is blocking access to books and school supplies from entering Gaza, and making it difficult for children to study and have normal childhoods, in spaces where they would once gather, make friends, and have futures.
She discusses how the Malala Fund would continue to support organisations in response to these crises and work with local leaders who are determined to help young girls learn, rebuild their communities, and shape their careers.
