Death toll: 6 killed in separate incidents in 24 hours

Six people were killed in different incidents in and around Faisalabad.

Six people were killed in different incidents in and around Faisalabad during the last 24 hours.



According to the police, a body of a 22-year-old boy was found from the graveyard of New Nazimabad. The body was identified as Imtiaz, who was killed by unidentified assailants.

In another incident, a body of an unidentified 40-year-old man was found from the Batala Colony police limits whereas Khadim Husain and his accomplices shot and killed Kaleem in Razaabad over a dispute while playing cricket. In another incident, a speeding van hit a rickshaw near Abdullahpur, Sammundri Road. Passenger Muhammad Rafiq and the rickshaw driver were killed on the spot, while Rafiq’s wife and two sons were injured. The injured have been sent to the hospital. A speeding motorcyclist hit and killed Chiniot resident Muhammad Nawazt while he was trying to cross the road near Mari Patan. The motorcyclist, his wife and three children were injured.
