Logan Paul has reportedly pulled out of a proposed $2 million boxing challenge against two former NFL players after pressure from WWE ahead of its biggest annual event.

The YouTuber-turned-wrestling star had previously issued a public challenge to any National Football League player willing to face him in a boxing match at his gym in Puerto Rico. Paul proposed that both fighters stake $1 million each, with the winner taking the full $2 million purse.

The challenge came after a heated exchange with football legend Tom Brady on a podcast, where Paul questioned the athletic ability of NFL players compared to combat athletes. Two former players eventually responded to the offer: Le'Veon Bell and Breiden Fehoko.

Bell already has several professional boxing bouts on his record, while Fehoko has claimed he trained in boxing earlier in his life. Paul reportedly moved forward with the idea by sending contracts to both men and asking them to place the prize money in escrow.

However, during a livestream connected to his beverage brand Ripit Energy, Paul received a call from someone associated with WWE urging him to abandon the plan. With WrestleMania approaching, the company reportedly did not want the wrestler risking injury in an unsanctioned fight.

Following the stream, Paul confirmed the decision on social media, saying WWE leadership had stepped in to stop the bouts. In the post, he mocked both potential opponents while explaining that he would instead return to WWE programming.

Bell later responded with a video criticizing Paul for backing out, while Fehoko joked on social media that the cancellation counted as a victory for him.

Paul is currently scheduled to appear on WWE programming leading into WrestleMania, which is set to take place in April.
