Million Dollar Listing' star Tracy Tutor sues Oren Alexander for sexual assault
"Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles" star Tracy Tutor has filed a lawsuit against luxury real estate agent Oren Alexander, accusing him of sexual assault in 2014.
The lawsuit, obtained by Us Weekly on Thursday, March 5, 2026, alleges that Alexander drugged and sexually assaulted Tutor during a dinner in New York City approximately 12 years ago.
According to the filing, Tutor, now 50, was invited to meet Alexander and other realtors for dinner. After being handed a drink, she allegedly blacked out.
Tutor's friend, who attended the dinner with her, claimed in court documents to have found the Bravo star acting "out of her mind" in a men's bathroom stall with Alexander, who was seen kissing her and "touching her in intimate areas." Tutor reportedly woke up in someone else's hotel room and noticed her tampon had been removed.
Alexander, 38, has denied the accusations through his attorney. "Ms. Tutor and her counsel have timed the filing of this salacious and demonstrably false lawsuit for maximum media impact," attorney Jason Goldman told Us Weekly in a statement. He suggested the timing is intended "to taint the proceedings at a critical moment" as Alexander faces separate federal charges.
The lawsuit comes as Oren Alexander and his brothers, Tal and Alon Alexander, are currently on trial in New York for federal sex trafficking charges. The siblings have pleaded not guilty to accusations brought by dozens of women alleging rape and misconduct. Jury deliberations are expected to begin later this week.
Tutor has starred on "Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles" since 2017. In January 2025, she left her position at Douglas Elliman brokerage to join Compass. The real estate star has also been the subject of rumors regarding a potential move to "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," which she addressed in November 2025.
