Kris Jenner has filed a new declaration in her defamation lawsuit against Ray J, accusing him of spreading false and damaging claims about her and her daughter, Kim Kardashian.
In the filing, Jenner alleges that Ray J has “publicly terrorized” Kim for years by repeatedly making untrue statements in the press to remain relevant.
She specifically references recent remarks in which he claimed federal authorities were investigating her and Kim, allegations she calls “outrageous and untrue.” Jenner states that neither she nor her daughter has ever been accused or charged with a crime.
The reality matriarch said the ongoing claims have caused “significant emotional distress” for Kim and have been deeply painful for their family. She also noted that she has never previously sued anyone for defamation but felt compelled to take action due to what she describes as a continued campaign of harassment.
Jenner further claimed that the statements have left her “deeply angered, insulted and shaken” and could potentially damage her business reputation.
The declaration comes as part of a broader legal dispute between the parties, with both sides filing claims tied to longstanding allegations surrounding their past relationship and the release of a sex tape.
