Customer facilitation: NBP launches call centre

The National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) has launched call centre operations.

KARACHI:
In a bid to bring further improvement in customer service, the National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) has launched call centre operations based on latest technology, a press release says. NBP President Qamar Hussain, after inaugurating the call centre, appreciated efforts of the bank team which worked on this project and expressed hope that customers would experience a refreshing change in their overall experience of dealing with NBP.
