Justin Bieber has become the subject of online humour after airline Ryanair responded to a viral social media post questioning the singer’s hairline.

An X user shared two photographs of Bieber from his appearance at this year’s Grammy Awards, one showing a close-up of the star and another focusing on his hair.

The user captioned the images, “I can recognise a poorly done hair transplant from a mile away.”

Ryanair’s social media account reposted the message and added the comment, “should’ve gone to Turkey.” Turkey is widely known for its hair transplant tourism industry, and the airline’s remark quickly attracted attention.

At the time of writing, the post had gathered 70K likes, 1.8K bookmarks, 2.4K retweets and 819 comments. Bieber has never publicly stated that he has undergone any form of hair transplant treatment.

Despite the speculation, many fans reacted with amusement to the exchange. One user replied, “Yeah, everyone knows the hair transplant capital is Türkiye.” Another wrote, “The best buddy,” making a play on the words hair and airlines.

A further comment read, “Justin realising his mistake of not going to Turkey,” while another fan said, “Haha, Ryanair savage as always, Bieber looking like he got his hair done at a discount barber, should’ve hopped on that cheap flight to Turkey for the real deal.”

The singer recently returned to the Grammy stage for the first time in four years, performing his song Yukon while playing guitar.
