Pax Thien Jolie-Pitt, the son of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, made a rare public appearance this week at the Sundance Film Festival, drawing attention due to his usually private lifestyle.

The 22-year-old was spotted attending a screening in Park City, Utah, where he posed for photos with filmmakers and joined festival events. Dressed casually in a plaid overshirt layered over a black T-shirt, Pax kept a low-key presence while socializing with guests at the event.

Pax is known for staying largely out of the public eye despite being the child of two of Hollywood’s most famous actors. While he made brief appearances in films during childhood — including a cameo in Maleficent and a voice role in Kung Fu Panda 3 — he has not pursued acting in recent years.

Instead, he has expressed interest in creative work behind the scenes, aligning with comments previously made by Jolie, who has said that her children are not interested in becoming actors and prefer to avoid the spotlight.

The Sundance appearance marks one of Pax’s most notable public outings in years and has sparked quiet curiosity about his continued connection to the film industry, even as he maintains a strong sense of privacy.

Though no new projects have been announced, his presence at the prestigious festival highlights his ongoing relationship with storytelling and filmmaking — on his own terms.
