As Heated Rivalry continues its rise as a global fan favourite, star Hudson Williams is making headlines beyond the screen — this time for his appearance as an official Olympic torchbearer ahead of the 2026 Winter Games.
The 24-year-old actor, who portrays hockey player Shane Hollander on the series, carried the Olympic flame during the relay in Feltre, Italy, alongside co-star Connor Storrie. The moment quickly went viral, with fans praising both the duo’s participation and Williams’ fresh, glowing appearance during the historic event.
According to celebrity groomer Aika Flores, who worked with Williams ahead of the relay, the goal was to create a look that felt effortless, natural and camera-ready — one that would hold up under daylight, movement and high-definition coverage.
Flores centered the grooming routine around lightweight, skin-focused beauty products, opting for a minimal approach rather than heavy makeup. A soft cream blush was used to add warmth to Williams’ complexion, while subtle bronzing helped enhance natural features without appearing overly styled.
The routine also included a sheer complexion base, brow grooming and tinted sunscreen — designed to protect the skin while maintaining a clean, barely-there finish. Strong skincare prep played a major role, beginning with cleansing, hydration and glow-boosting serums to ensure the skin looked healthy throughout the relay.
Williams’ torchbearing appearance came as excitement builds for the Milano-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics, scheduled to open on February 6, 2026. His involvement, alongside his co-star, served as a symbolic crossover between sport and entertainment — particularly fitting given the hockey-centered storyline of Heated Rivalry.
