Rumours linking Gigi Alayah to NBA YoungBoy pregnancy debunked after parody post goes viral
Claims that Kai Cenat’s ex-girlfriend Gigi Alayah is pregnant with YoungBoy’s 14th child came from a parody account

Online rumours claiming that Gabrielle “Gigi” Alayah, the former girlfriend of streamer Kai Cenat, is pregnant with rapper NBA YoungBoy’s 14th child have been proven false.
The speculation originated from a misleading post shared by a parody account, Hoops Crave, which falsely suggested that NBA YoungBoy was expecting another child with Alayah. The claim quickly gained traction on social media platforms, particularly X, as users shared the post without verification.
There has been no evidence or confirmation to support the allegation. Alayah has publicly denied any involvement with NBA YoungBoy and rejected claims that she is pregnant.
According to Indiatimes, the viral rumour emerged shortly after Kai Cenat announced his breakup with Alayah in late December 2025. Cenat revealed the split on December 27 via X, stating that he was single, which immediately triggered online speculation about the reason for their separation.
Following the announcement, social media users accused Alayah of cheating on Cenat with NBA YoungBoy. Additional unverified claims circulated, including suggestions that the breakup was linked to a luxury vehicle gift or family-related disputes. None of these allegations were supported by evidence.
Alayah addressed the rumours directly on Instagram Stories, stating that the claims were based on a fabricated social media post. She said she had never cheated on Cenat and had no connection with NBA YoungBoy, emphasizing that she was the one who chose to end the relationship. Alayah also accused Cenat of allowing a false narrative to spread online.
As for NBA YoungBoy, whose real name is Kentrell DeSean Gaulden, he is reported to have at least 12 children as of late 2025. He and his wife, Jazlyn Mychelle, are expecting their third child together, which would bring his total number of children to 13, not 14. The pregnancy was indirectly referenced by the rapper in his song If You Need Me.
Indiatimes confirmed that the claim involving Alayah has been fully debunked and originated solely from a parody account.
Representatives for Alayah, Cenat, and NBA YoungBoy have not issued further statements regarding the rumour.
