Keanu Reeves celebrates New Year in New York with Alexandra Grant

Keanu Reeves and his longtime partner Alexandra Grant marked the start of 2026 with a New Year’s Eve celebration in New York City, sharing a glimpse of the evening through a post on social media.

Grant posted photos from the couple’s night out at Joe’s Pub, where they attended a performance by actress and singer Sandra Bernhard.

In the post, Grant wrote, “Happy new year to everyone! We had a great time ringing in the new year with the amazing Sandra Bernhard (@sandragbernhard) and her family and band @joespub.” She added that she was looking forward to the year ahead, writing, “Here’s to 2026 and more sweet moments together.”

Grant also reflected on the past year, saying that 2025 brought lessons that “made a lot evidently clear about ourselves and others and allowed us to fall in love with each other and our work in new ways.”

She shared her hopes for the year ahead, wishing for “peace and feminine wisdom on earth, great dance moves and music, riveting movies, yummy meals, can’t-put-downable books and rocking conversations.”

One of the photos showed Grant smiling at the camera while blowing a party horn as Reeves stood beside her wearing a “Happy New Year” headband and smiling.

Additional images shared by Bernhard showed the couple backstage following the performance, with Reeves still wearing the festive headband and Grant dressed in a blue two-piece outfit.

Reeves and Grant have been together since 2019, though they have known each other for many years prior.
