Teyana Taylor and Aaron Pierre reportedly split after less than a year together

Teyana Taylor and Aaron Pierre have reportedly gone their separate ways after less than a year of dating, sources tell Page Six.

The split follows recent online speculation that the pair had quietly ended their relationship, though neither has publicly commented on the reports.

Sources say the reason for the breakup is unclear, but both have moved on independently. The relationship had drawn attention throughout 2025, with the couple making several public appearances together across the entertainment and fashion worlds.

Taylor and Pierre were first linked early in the year after attending the Fifteen Percent Pledge Gala in Los Angeles in February. They were later seen together at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party, fuelling further speculation. Pierre also appeared in a trailer for Taylor’s 2025 album, Escape Room, in which the two shared an on-screen kiss.

By June, Taylor confirmed the relationship on Instagram with a tribute marking Pierre’s 31st birthday, sharing photos from his celebration. The couple went on to attend the BET Awards together, where Taylor spoke warmly about her partner. “He’s very gentle … It allows me to feel warm and to feel safe and not be in survival mode,” she told Complex.

Pierre later joined a panel promoting Escape Room, saying, “I’m sure everybody knows this, but I’ve got to say it, Teyana is really one of one.” The pair were frequently seen wearing coordinated outfits while promoting the project, which earned Taylor a Grammy nomination.

Their most recent appearance together was on the red carpet at the London premiere of Taylor’s film One Battle After Another.
