Bus driver killed in collision with truck

A bus collided with a truck in the Haq Chaar Yaar area of Jatoi tehsil on Sunday due to dense fog, leaving the bus driver dead and 11 passengers injured.
According to Rescue 1122 officials, the passenger bus traveling from Lahore to Jatoi rammed into the oncoming truck.
The bus driver, 55-year-old Muhammad Javed, resident of Rahim Yar Khan, died on the spot. Rescue 1122 dispatched three ambulances and a fire vehicle to the scene.
Rescue teams retrieved the driver's body from the wreckage and provided first aid to the injured passengers. Officials said six of the injured had sffered minor injuries and were treated at the site, while five others were shifted to a nearby hospital after initial medical assistance.
Women, children, and elderly passengers were among the injured.
They were identified as Tahira Bibi aged 35, Bushra Bibi (28), Rida Fatima (4), Rameen Fatima (5), Muhammad Musa (3), Muhammad Isa (4), Muhammad Akram (44), Nishat (60), Naseer (55), Sadiqa Bibi (75) and Shahid (32).
