Mumbai attacks: Accused challenges judicial commission
Lakhvi says trial judge had failed to state reasons necessitating the statements of four Indian witnesses in the case.

The alleged mastermind of the 2008 Mumbai attacks has challenged the decision of forming a judicial commission with powers to record statements of four Indian officials against him and other accused.
Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi filed a petition with the Rawalpindi bench of the Lahore High Court, challenging the August 27 decision.
Lakhvi said that the trial judge had failed to state the reasons necessitating the statements of four Indian witnesses in the case.
