Destiny beckons: Pakistan's journey to Gaza

As news emerges of the Pakistan Army’s potential deployment to Gaza, the nation is abuzz with pride and anticipation. Under the leadership of the Chief of Defence Forces and Field Marshal, Syed Asim Munir, Pakistan appears poised to take a significant step in serving the sacred lands, reaffirming its role as a well-established and potent regional power.
Before May 2025, Pakistan faced numerous challenges: a struggling economy, rapid population growth, widespread unemployment, terrorism, and deep political divides. However, the success of Marka-e-Haq and Operation Bunyan Marsoos transformed the global perception of Pakistan, projecting it as an emerging power in the region.
This marks the beginning of a new era for Pakistan, one that is guided by the principles of faith and resolve. The leadership of Syed Asim Munir has instilled renewed hope and confidence in the nation, and it is evident that Pakistan is moving in the right direction. If this trajectory continues, an economic take-off is clearly within sight.
History shows that those who undertake great missions in the path of Allah face difficulties, yet they persevere with steadfastness and faith. The deployment of the Pakistan Army on the holy land of Palestine is not just a routine operation; it is a milestone in Pakistan’s journey toward fulfilling its destiny. No one could have imagined that Pakistan’s armed forces would one day even set foot on the land of Palestine. Today, they themselves are being asked to come and serve there.
In my view this is beginning of something far greater, as per predictions of some Hadith. The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said, “Black flags will come forth from Khurasan, and nothing will turn them back until they are planted in Ilya” (Sunan al-Tirmidhi, 2269). Pakistan, being part of the historical region of Khurasan, is poised to play a significant role in shaping the future of the region.
We are blessed to witness this moment, bound by deep emotional and religious ties with the Muslims of Palestine, and we should support and be part of this journey. Whether or not we live to see the conquest of Al-Quds, we can say that we stood on the right side of history and did our part for future generations.
It must also be clarified that the narrative being spread by haters and enemies of Pakistan claiming that the Pakistan Army’s task would be to disarm Hamas is baseless. The primary responsibility of the Pakistan Army would remain the security and safeguarding of innocent Palestinian brethren against all forces acting to harm them.
