A federal judge in California has dismissed the sexual assault lawsuit filed against Diddy, Druski, and Odell Beckham Jr., citing procedural issues and the plaintiff’s inability to secure legal representation.

The case was originally filed in October 2024 by Ashley Parham, who alleged she was assaulted by the three celebrities at a 2018 party in Orinda, California.

According to court documents, none of the defendants were properly served, and Parham’s attorney, Ariel Mitchell, withdrew in September 2025. The plaintiff missed multiple deadlines to either retain new counsel or proceed pro se, which ultimately led to the dismissal of the case.

The defendants strongly contested the claims. Odell Beckham Jr. questioned whether he had ever been in the area at the time, while Druski submitted financial records showing he was not a public figure in 2018. Diddy, who has faced similar lawsuits in the past, also rejected the allegations.

Following the dismissal, Druski issued a statement expressing relief and emphasizing support for genuine victims of assault. “It was only a matter of time before this frivolous lawsuit against me was dismissed,” he said. “I pray for the real victims of assault. We can’t allow these clout-chasing antics to deter true survivors from coming forward and speaking out against their abusers in the future.”

The court’s decision officially closes the high-profile legal case, ending months of speculation and media attention surrounding the allegations against the three celebrities.
