First look at Melania Trump documentary reveals 20 days before inauguration
Trailer for Melania Trump documentary "MELANIA" showcases 20 days before 2025 inauguration

The first trailer for First Lady Melania Trump’s documentary MELANIA has been released, giving audiences a first glimpse into her life during the 20 days leading up to the 2025 Presidential Inauguration.
The film, produced by Amazon MGM Studios and directed by Brett Ratner, will debut in theaters on January 30, 2025, followed by streaming on Amazon Prime Video.
MELANIA promises “unprecedented access” to this pivotal period. According to the official description, the documentary provides a private, unfiltered view of the First Lady navigating family, business, and philanthropic responsibilities. The trailer shows Trump at events in New York, Mar-a-Lago, and aboard planes, offering a behind-the-scenes look at her daily life.
“For the first time, global audiences are invited into theaters to witness this pivotal chapter unfold,” Melania Trump told Fox News. She opens the trailer by saying, “Everyone wants to know, so here it is,” while scenes include her husband’s inauguration, family moments, and travel.
The film marks the debut project for Trump’s production company, Muse Films, which she launched last month on social media. Director Brett Ratner, known for the Rush Hour series, returns to feature filmmaking with this project, his first since facing sexual misconduct allegations in 2017 amid the #MeToo movement.
In addition to the movie, an accompanying documentary series on Amazon is planned to follow, further exploring the life and work of First Lady Melania Trump during this high-profile period.
