Prime Video has confirmed an early release for Fallout season two, with the premiere episode debuting on Tuesday, December 16 at 6:00 p.m. PT.

The announcement was made at the Exosphere of Sphere in Las Vegas, where the venue was transformed into a post-apocalyptic snow globe featuring series characters Lucy, Maximus and The Ghoul, along with a large Deathclaw breaking through the Exosphere.

Season two of the eight-episode series continues the story from the first season’s finale, following characters as they navigate the wasteland of the Mojave and the post-apocalyptic city of New Vegas.

New episodes will roll out weekly until the season finale on February 4, 2026. The series is available exclusively on Prime Video in more than 240 countries and territories.

Based on the video game franchise, Fallout depicts a world where the inhabitants of luxury fallout shelters return to a dangerous irradiated wasteland two hundred years after an apocalypse. The series stars Ella Purnell, Aaron Moten, Walton Goggins, Kyle MacLachlan, Moisés Arias and Frances Turner.

Fallout is produced by Kilter Films in association with Amazon MGM Studios and Bethesda Game Studios. Executive producers include Jonathan Nolan, Lisa Joy, Athena Wickham, Geneva Robertson-Dworet, Graham Wagner and Todd Howard, along with James Altman and Margot Lulick.

Season one of Fallout has amassed more than 100 million viewers worldwide, ranking among Prime Video’s top three most-watched titles.

Fallout season two continues the story of survival and exploration in a post-apocalyptic world, with fans worldwide eagerly awaiting the early premiere.
