Pakistan Navy conducts successful live firing of new air defence missile
Fleet commander witnesses exercise reaffirming maritime defence preparedness

The Pakistan Navy has successfully conducted a live weapon firing of FM-90 (N) ER Surface-to-Air Missile in the North Arabian Sea.
According to government sources, during the firepower demonstration the Pakistan Navy ship successfully engaged manoeuvrable aerial targets, reaffirming the Navy’s war-fighting potential and combat capability.

Commander of the Pakistan Fleet, Rear Admiral Abdul Munib, witnessed the LWF at sea on board the Pakistan Navy Fleet unit. He commended the officers and men involved in the firing for their commitment and professionalism.
He reiterated Pakistan Navy’s unwavering resolve to ensure the seaward defence of Pakistan and to safeguard national maritime interests under all circumstances.
