Billie Eilish reaches new low on Billboard 200 as Live EP debuts in top 10
Billie Eilish’s Live EP enters top 10 on Vinyl Albums chart but hits a career low on the Billboard 200

Billie Eilish’s latest release, the Live EP, has debuted on multiple Billboard charts in the United States, marking both a top 10 entry and a new career low for the singer.
The four-song project was released as part of Record Store Day 2025, an initiative that encourages fans to purchase exclusive music directly from physical record stores.
The Live EP opens at number seven on the Vinyl Albums chart, giving Eilish her seventh top 10 placement on the format.
The collection features live versions of “Skinny” and “Wildflower” on side A and “Birds of a Feather” and “La Mort de Ma Vie” on side B, all songs taken from her previous album, Hit Me Hard and Soft.
Record Store Day reported that 20,000 copies were produced, with half selling during the first week in the United States.
Despite this success on the Vinyl Albums chart, Live marks a career low on the Billboard 200, debuting at number 163. According to Luminate, the EP sold just under 10,000 copies, which accounts for its chart placements.
Eilish also appears on three other Billboard charts, entering at number 13 on Top Album Sales, number 22 on Top Alternative Albums, and number 37 on Top Rock & Alternative Albums.
Throughout her career, Eilish’s full-length albums — Hit Me Hard and Soft, Happier Than Ever, and When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? — continue to outperform the new release on most charts.
Her previous album, Hit Me Hard and Soft, even returned to number one on both Top Rock & Alternative Albums and Top Alternative Albums in the same week.
The Live EP adds to Eilish’s catalogue while highlighting the limited reach of exclusive physical releases.
Fans continue to support her projects, but the EP’s performance demonstrates a contrast between vinyl popularity and broader streaming and sales charts in the U.S.
